Friday night, from 6 - 8:30, we'll have drinks and heavy hors d'oeurves for your enjoyment. Saturday and Sunday, in the Exhibitor's Room, we will have hot and cold drinks for refreshments as well as muffins, yogurt, and other goodies at the morning and afternoon breaks.

We will have a Free Wireless Business Center set up for our customers near the Registration Area. Wireless connections are also available in the Hyatt hotel rooms at a daily rate.
If you have not made your hotel reservation yet, the Hyatt has informed us that they are sold out for the weekend. We recommend contacting the:

Each hotel is within walking distance of the Hyatt. Unfortunately, we do not have room discounts with these hotels.

Things To Do

We will be staffing the registration tables beginning at 4:00 PM Friday. As soon as you check in to the hotel, please come by and get your registration packet and name tag.
Important note to Pre-conference attendees: When you register for the Fundamentals Seminar, you will also register for the Conference – that way, you don’t have to register twice!

You Scheduled Me for What?

Did you know CPR+ allows scheduled entry items to be entered throughout the program?

  • When creating a new To Do, employees have the ability to create a schedule entry based on the To Do item. When the Add to Schedule checkbox is selected on a To Do item, a new schedule entry form is displayed. The specific information entered on the To Do is automatically entered on the Company Schedule screen.
  • When creating an authorization, CMN / SMN, or Nursing Visit, a schedule entry is automatically created for the selected patient. The schedule can be filtered to allow easy access to any of these auto-generated tasks.

Enter New To Do Item

You also have the option of viewing the calendar in a day, week, or month view. This gives you the flexibility to view the scheduled information in a variety of ways.

Calendar

This Company Schedule / Calendar gives employees the ability to enter, edit, view, and schedule upcoming events within CPR+. This calendar can be accessed from the Calendar icon on the Main Toolbar as well as from the Patient Menu.
An event can be assigned to a single employee or an entire Department. In addition, each appointment or task can be assigned to a patient. Filter options have been added to the schedule to allow employees to see the specific schedule entries from the drop-down menus located at the top of the screen.

Did you know that you could do all that? Well, now you do!

Employee Bio

Richard van der Lek,
Implementation Specialist

Richard joined the training department at D.H.S. three years ago. Since then, he has almost spanned the globe – traveling as far south as Puerto Rico and as far north as Alaska. Richard has become a valuable member of the “Road Warrior” team, already logging 81 days on the road this year.

Prior to coming to D.H.S., Richard was a member of the team at MBI. He moved on to another company who was courted by CPR+ and realized during their demo that D.H.S. was a company that he wanted to know more about. He was impressed by the product and the market share and soon after that, was invited to join our team.

Richard, like the rest of our trainers, has an awesome grasp of CPR+ and the concepts used to create the product and most importantly, how to translate the functionality to suit the business needs for each of our customers.

You may have spoken to Richard if you needed to create a Custom Patient Statement. Most of us have hobbies and one of Richard’s is building Custom Patient Statements and Labels. He is quickly becoming our expert on Custom Delivery Tickets (new in version 8.1.)  As much as he enjoys his custom creations, he is a well-rounded expert on every aspect of the program.

You can meet Richard at the CPR+ User Conference Oct 3rd – 5th in Columbus. Once you see his talent in action, you will be sure to book Richard for your next On Site training!
