A few issues ago, we published an article on the Document Manager. Since then we've received requests for information on both the Delivery Ticket Confirmation Manager and the Ready-To-Bill Delivery Ticket Manager. Both of these tools can be a great help if you ever feel totally overwhelmed when you begin to process your delivery tickets. Sometimes, you might think there's just too much to do and not enough time to get it all taken care of. You really just want to see what you need to do today without scrolling through every ticket in the window. Well, in that truly efficient style that CPR+ does everything else, we made managing these lists much easier too! When you open the Delivery Ticket Confirmation File or Ready-To-Bill Delivery Tickets, you now have the ability to apply one or multiple filter criteria to quickly organize your workload. The Manager appears at the top of the Delivery Ticket Confirmation File window. Unconfirmed Delivery Tickets can be filtered by one or any combination of the following date fields: Date From, Date Delivered, Date Shipped, or other fields, such as: Payor, Driver, Therapy, or (Ship) Method. Once you make your selections, be sure to click the Apply Filter button to see the results of your filter(s) in the grid below the manager. Ready-To-Bill File
This manager appears at the top of the Ready–To–Bill Delivery Tickets window. Confirmed Delivery Tickets can be filtered based on one or more of the following fields: Date From, Date To, (Date) Confirmed, Payor, Status, Therapy, or Biller. When the pop-up list appears, you can select one or multiple names using the spacebar to tag or untag choices. Remember to click the Apply Filter button to view the results. As always, once the user has filtered the list satisfactorily, the results can be sorted by any column, simply by clicking on the column header. If you have any questions about this or any other feature, please do not hesitate to contact the Training Department. When you are providing care to patients in their own homes, that care can be required any time, day or night. You can provide important clinical and demographic patient information to your On Call staff with the On Call Report. To run the report, from the Main Menu select Reports (4) > Clinical Reports (1) > On Call Report (4). Select the options you want to include on the report, such as pending patients and driving directions to the patient’s home. Print a copy of this report every day for the pharmacists and clinicians on call. This is a great report IF your On Call Staff print the report each night before leaving work. They'll have important information in their hands.
