CPR+ Users attending the 6th Annual CPR+ User Conference in Albuquerque, NM will have a chance to learn from every one of our CPR+ "Best-in-the-Business" trainers. Talk about your frequent fliers! Adrienne, Richard, Tami, Tony and Vincent. Where would we be without them? Vincent Thompson: In the last twelve months, Vincent logged 162 days at customer sites. He's only been in our Columbus office 25 of the past 130 work days. And that's including some half days for travel! For almost eight years, this former CPhT has answered just about every question there is from CPR+ customers. If you've got questions, ask Vincent. He'll be teaching the prescription processing classes at this year's conference. These classes will cover: TPN, IV, PO and injectables. Vincent is also teaching the class on developing custom assessments for your clinical documentation. Richard van der Lek: Sir Richard of the Lake. The Duke of Custom Labels, Custom Delivery Tickets and Custom Patient Statements. He's been on the road over 100 days in the past year, teaching customers how to change a label from standard to outstanding. If you're going to Albuquerque, don't miss Richard's classes on custom tickets, labels and statements. He's also teaching a class on utilizing the Word merge function to create batch dunning letters. And then there's that class on a little thing called Line Item Financials. If you've ever been lucky enough to have Richard conduct your on-site training, you know these are classes you don't want to miss. Since July 2002, Adrienne Crites has been helping CPR+ customers use the application to improve business, and in turn, provide better patient care. When a position opened in our California office, this midwest trainer jumped at the opportunity for west coast adventure. Although she has strong skills in every area of CPR+, Adrienne's specialty is a specialty. Specialty Pharmacy that is! Conference attendees will have the chance to learn from Adrienne in her Pharmacy Patient Management and Nursing Patient Management classes, as well as California Medicaid and Billing Reports classes. Tony Clark: After years working on the Reimbursement side of the pharmacy industry, Tony is your Go-To-Guy for all things A/R. He knows what it's like to to be responsible for collecting money for your business. January 2010 will mark Tony's seventh year with D.H.S. In that time, he's not only become an expert in the general CPR+ modules, he's also an expert at CPR+ Scan. That's why he's teaching the Inventory Management & CPR+ Scan classes at this year's conference. He's also teaching the Enterprise Rx and A/R Management classes. Tami Maine: After more than ten years as a CPR+ customer, Tami was already an expert when we were lucky enough to hire her. She may have just started, but Tami's HME expertise is a resource our customers will want to take advantage of. If you get the chance, please be sure to speak to Tami at the conference. She understands your perspective, after all, she was in your shoes just a few months ago. But wait, there's more! QA Manager Lisa Kibe, Implementation Manager Amy Amburgey, and Reports/Database Specialist Ann Porter will also be teaching classes. These gals, in order, know their CPR+ Stuff: How it's built, how to get it up and running, and how to report on it. Not only that, but we're sending Erika Salvato, Kim Carlsen, Angela Walters and Josh Duncan to answer any specific questions you may have about CPR+. Last, but not least, we're sending both owners and every manager to Albuquerque. (Can you say P-A-R-T-Y in Columbus?) Just kidding... sort of. ;-) Have a great conference everyone!
