Training, Training, Training! ACHC is here! Have you assigned CPR+ On-Demand Training courses to your new employees or current employees, including those very seasoned employees? Do you keep track of each employee’s courses and quiz scores? More importantly, have you kept the training documented in each employee's file for those beloved accreditations standards? It’s evaluation time! Do you have training documented in the employee’s HR file? If the answer is “NO”, we have a report you’re going to love!

CPR+ offers a variety of On Demand Training sessions. The training sessions are categorized as follows:

  • CPR+ Enhancements Overview
  • Implementation and Data Management
  • Patient Management
  • Reimbursement and Financial Management
  • Electronic Billing Management
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • CPR+ Documentation

You may access the training courses two different ways, the first is from within CPR+. Click the “Online Training” link on the Main Menu.

If your email address is entered under Databases (7) > Employee Data/Security Setup (8) > Employee Info tab, the email address will be your Username for the On-Demand Training System.

The second way you may access the On-Demand Training is by accessing our website at www.cprplus.com. From the Main page, simply click the Training link, then On-Demand Training, and click the “Click Here to Access the CPR + On-Demand Training System" link.

OK, I've told you the ways of accessing the training courses and why you may need to have the training documented. Now all you need to know is how to get a report of your employees' online training activity! Just contact Kim Carlsen and she will generate and send you the report via email. The report is called the Employee On-Demand Activity report. CPR+ stores all the On-Demand Training courses taken by your employees in your company profile. This report has many filter items you may request.

  • Date Span
  • Class
  • Activity
  • Trainee

Be sure to include how you would like the report to be filtered when you send Kim an email (by clicking the link above) or give her a call at 866-277-4876.

The CPR+ Document Management System is a terrific way to manage your workflow, track documents created by CPR+, and track documents that come from outside. You can print lists from the Document Manager just like the other CPR+ Managers.

For example, if you want to see all pending documents that were sent more than 90 days ago, select those filters and apply them. Sort the list in a useful way (by physician name, for example). For a printed list, just right-click anywhere on the grid and select “Print Grid,” or press the <F7> key on your keyboard.
