We’ve been telling customers about the changes we’ve incorporated into CPR+ version 8.3 for months. Even before we demo’d it at the 2009 User Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we had articles in our newsletter and information on our website. This version has some big changes in it. CPR+ v8.3 contains hundreds of enhancements designed to speed the order entry and delivery ticket creation process, decrease or eliminate user manipulation of claims, and increase billing automation. Our #1 goal is to help you improve the operation of your HME, Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy business. With any major changes to a software system, the best case scenario is to get plenty of training, then update a TEST system. This has been our recommendation for years. Even after reading the User Guides, attending group webinars, and reading multiple newsletter articles, it’s still best to have the opportunity to spend time with a trainer for VOS or On-Site training. Because we did not require any of these available educational opportunities, a handful of customers have updated their LIVE systems to v8.3 without the full understanding of how the changes in v8.3 will benefit and impact their operations. In response, we recently changed the format of our free monthly training webinars to focus solely on educating customers on the changes to your daily operations when using the features of v8.3. Now, customers interested in upgrading their systems to v8.3 will be required to attend a special, two-hour webinar to make sure that every member of your team understands the new features, and to eliminate any possible disruption to your workflow. Every Wednesday, beginning June 2nd at 2 PM EDT, we will conduct a FREE basic, web-based training course on the features of CPR+ version 8.3. Attendance at one of these classes will be a prerequisite to implementing this new version. Following completion of this training course, attendees will be provided with a link to download the update. Using this method of update, customers will prepare their data, run the conversion and perform the recommended reports to test the process on their own. There is no cost associated with this option. We encourage you to use our On-Demands and User Guides and perform adequate internal testing and end-user training before updating your production system. Although it is not required, we strongly recommend that customers perform this process using a Test system before updating a Live system. Not Quite Free but Deeply Discounted Options: To get the maximum benefit from all of the new capabilities that CPR+ v8.3 offers, we strongly encourage every customer to take advantage of one of the discounted v8.3 Training and Implementation packages we have created. These packages include varying levels of data review, data conversion, process analysis, web-based and on-site training, and phone / email access to a designated Conversion Specialist. v8.3 Training & Implementation Package - Basic The following services are provided in the Basic Package:
